All the servers are still at v1.2 they will be going to v1.5 soon.

So I can't finish the translation for v1.5 'yet' because they have a server check when you try to install the new patch.

V1.5 will go live 30 November 2009 between 8:00-9:00 am

I hope it will work on Windows 7 X64 after updating to 1.5.
By the way,western AION client works on Windows 7 X64? It is version 1.5.
For me,when I try to launch AION China on Windows 7 X64 an error occurs after character select."Memory could not be read" error type.Old issue,still unsolved.

Yeah I also have Windows 7 x64 and the US/EU client works just fine.

I also had the crashes with the v1.2 China Client so we will see

Ill keep playing on the EU/US server now though, Hope they release the Aion 'Vision' Patch soon

@ Rave...i also use 7 x 64 and also have that problem, but you just should restart your machine and it start the game..sometimes i have to restart my machine up to 5- 8 times untill it starts the game....i also hope that it will be fixed in new version...dumbie..you are doing great with the translation...thank god because of you i can enjoy the chinese version in english language..i am a german but i live in chian since 2001 , so,there is no way around for me to use your translation....thank you for the job you do for us all......another thing..when i try to download the 1.5 update from this site it tells me that the access is forbidden......anyway...i hope the new update will be there soon...as far as now i cant download the update from my launcher...it still says V1.2......i guess we have to wait some more time........

Hmmm,it seems that not all regions updated to version 1.5
I must wait longer It happened this to me when they updated from 1.00 to 1.2.
My region is always the last one. Grrrrrrrr!

Bad news
I downloaded and installed Aion China v 1.5
I created an experimental account and a character on a region that supports version 1.5
The old error still occurs after character select.

I downloaded the full installer too,the translation patch works fine.I didn't check any new features in v 1.5 to see if the patch generates any errors because I can't log with my main characters(my region is still 1.2)

But there was NO problem when I played with a new character in region that supports 1.5.
There is a tiny problem,but doesn't affect the game at all,and can be fixed by the player himself:
The chat tabs. Only "All" tab is in English. The rest "Normal","Combat" and "Group" are in Chinese,but they can be renamed using game interface,there's an option on right-click.

First I would like to say, Great work on the patch it was working really well and I know it must've taken a lot of work which many people use and appreciate like myself.

However since the 1.5.1.7 and the newer 1.5.1.8 the pacth no longer works at least for me. If anyone has it working would you please tell me how. I run the game without the patch and everything works well but after spending several weeks trying to add the patch following advice about the patch and subsequent errors I haven't found a solution. Since NCSoft is quite aware of this I'm sure it's their doing and of course they should haha but without a provission for the foriegners who live here and the growing globalziation of the world it's seems hardly a crime in comparisson. Anyway I'm not here to complain just asking.

Will the patch be updated for the English speaking players in China or did they all leave? If so great but if not like I said, thanks for the hard work and no hard feelings hehe.

Is anyone still playing in China? Lend a foreigner a hand and tell me how haha. (That is unless your chinese is so good so that you don't need the english version in which case more power to you haha)
